4. The machine base employs high-grade Meehanite cast iron and rigid box type structure, high in rigidity and stability.

5. The spindle employs Nickel-Chrome-Molybedenum alloy and is heat treated to reach a tensile strength of 90kg/mm2. The spindle is mounted on 4 front and 2 rear bearings provide a high circumgyrate accuracy.

6. The three axis adapt C3 grade long type double pre-loaded screw nut to ensure a excellent positioning accuracy.

7. Employ Japanese Nsk 30ATC P4 grade high precision bearings. Symmetry both axial and radical pre-loaded to provide free performance in high speed motion.

8. Employ PMI high speed and heavy duty liner guide way. Replace the glide to rolling ,less friction lose and smart response to ensure a high positioning accuracy.
